Origin Sphere Risers & Bases
The Following base and extensions can be used with any fixed origin sphere or ball that has an M10 External threaded mount.
Each base will have an internal thread mount for the probe and for the table or surface in which to mount these items.
Specials can be quoted, expect over 6 weeks for delivery on specials.

2″ Mounting Block
M10 x 1.5 Mounting holes centered on each side for Mounting up to 5 origin spheres. Screws not included.

45 Degree Block
This block provided mounting vertically and at 45 degress with M10 x1.5 threads. A counterbored hole allows for affixing with a 3/8″ or M10 Socket Head cap screw.

Origin Sphere Extensions
Cylindrical extension allow you to raise a standard Origin sphere height by 2,3 and 6 inches. Includes 1 M10 x M10 Screw B Extensions are specifically for the DS-200 2″ Diameter Sphere.

Universal Disk Platform
This 4″ Base mounts securely to the work surface with Socket Screw and has threaded hole in the center for mounting an Origin Sphere It also has three 1/4″ – holes counterbored from the bottom to be able to create a 3 ball kinemetric platform using 3/4 ball bar spheres

Magnetic Disk Platform

Origin Sphere Knuckle
The Knuckle is for mounting an origin Sphere in 2 orientations. It is a sphere with a thorugh hole for M10 or 3/8 Socket Screw. A flat with M10 threaded hole at 90 degrees and at 45 degrees.
